All activities and events shall be fully risk assessed. Contractors shall be made to supply method statements and shall be fully insured.

Emergency Services including Police shall be notified prior to an event. SIA registered stewards shall be employed where necessary.

The premises shall be site checked prior to any event.

SIA staff shall man gates where necessary and liaise with Police.

All staff shall be CRB checked where possible.

All activities shall be family orientated.
