ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall actively co-operate with the local police to ensure that they are made aware of particular problems which may potentially affect the premises.
The premises shall not countenance the use or supply of illegal drugs and staff shall inform the police immediately of any such suspected activity on or in the vicinity of the premises.
The premises do not use or supply glassware.
The premises shall comply with all requisite health and safety legislation.
The premises carries out regular health and safety risk assessments and are required to do so under the terms of the Franchise Agreement.
People shall be discouraged from congregating on the premises and shall be made aware and encouraged to take advantage of the home delivery service.
Doors and windows shall be kept closed at night to prevent transmission of noise.
Customers shall be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration to neighbours.
Music shall not be played on the premises.
Delivery drivers are instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately and at all times to have in mind neighbours (particular residential occupiers).
The premises shall ban any person who visits the store and regularly leaves in a noisy fashion.
Equipment shall be properly sound insulated and operated strictly in accordance with manufacturers' requirements, guide lines and tolerances.
All air extraction system complies with Building Regulations requirements and is designed to ensure that there is no escape of cooking smells to neighbouring premises.
