ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
A notice shall be prominently displayed at all exits asking customers to leave quietly.
Customers shall not be allowed to leave the premises with glasses
The DPS will maintain membership of any local pubwatch scheme so long as it exists
First aid equipment shall be available on the premises and a qualified first aider shall be available.
All exit doors will remain unlocked during opening hours and keys removed and secured behind the bar area. All doors shall be free from any obstruction for easy access.
Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
The premises shall be fitted with a trip system to the electrical unit, a manual cut off button to the kitchen electrical supply will be maintained.
Adequate lighting shall be maintained throughout the premises
A CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of the gas boiler will be renewed every 12 months and the gas safety certificate shall be held on the premises.
The volume of amplified music will be controlled by staff from a point behind the bar that is inaccessible to the public and maintained at a level acceptable to the Environmental Health Officer.
Windows and doors will be closed at 2200 hours if music is being played, allowing for normal entry and exit.
The beer garden at the rear of the premises will close at 2200 hrs each day.
Adequate fire fighting equipment, based on risk assessment, shall be available. This equipment will be inspected and serviced every 3 twelve months in accordance with BS5306 Part 3 2003, and a certificate obtained each time.
