ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Fire action notices and emergency escape route notices must be displayed.
Signage will be displayed near exits, requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by, leaving the premises and car park quietly.
When live or recorded music is played, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure disturbance to local neighbours is avoided.
No person under the age of 18 years old will be allowed onto the premises.
CCTV cameras with exterior lighting, overlooking the club car park, to monitor arrival and departure of club guests will be maintained working at all times.
Admission to the club is restricted to members and bona fide guests, and will be controlled by a computerised door entry system.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be;
Concert room 160
Games room and lounge combined 60.
Emergency lighting shall be checked visibly on a daily basis by way of checking the sensor lights. Any faults shall be recorded in the logbook.
A monthly check shall be carried out by way of a power failure test and a six monthly check shall be carried out by a certified maintenance company.
A weekly visible check shall be carried out on all portable fire extiguishers. Checks shall be recorded in a log book.
All fire extinguishers shall be checked on a quarterly basis by a certified maintenance company.
The fire alarm system shall be checked on a weekly basis. Checks shall be recorded in a log book. The whole system shall be checked every quarter by a certified maintenance company.
