ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
A CCTV system covering both the interior and exterior of the building shall be maintained working at all times.
Notices shall be prominently displayed to forbid the use of swearing, bad language and the use of drugs.
At any one time there will be at least one first aider on the premises.
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted onto the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
Children are permitted into the club until 22.00 and all bar staff are trained in Challenge 25.
Challenge 25 staff training will be given to all members of staff performing duties behind the bar.
All staff training will be recorded and documented and will be made available for inspection by any member of staff from a relevant authority upon request.
A refusals register will be maintained at the premises and will be made available for inspection by any member of staff from a relevant authority upon request.
No 'adult entertainment' will be shown in the premises.
The fire alarm will be maintained working at all times.
Fire exit doors are regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
There are no removable security fastenings on doors.
The fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. A record will be made and be available on request.
The premises have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report.
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment are carried out annually.
The capacity limit for the premises is 300
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
a) must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
b) Must be in a sealed container.
c) Must be made to a member of the club in person.
