ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises will be equipped with a comprehensive CCTV system that records. The data will be kept for a period of at least 28 days, and will be available for inspection by the authorities on request.
A responsible person will manage the premises at all times.
The premises will have an up to date Fire Risk Assessment and will comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
When entertainment is being provided members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
When entertainment is being provided all doors and windows to the premises will be kept closed.
At all times a responsible person shall ensure the level of noise emitting from the premises will be kept to a minimum.
Exit Doors are to be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The premises will have a CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler.
The premises will have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical instillation report.
Checks will be made on portable fire fighting equipment annually.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be 250
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
a) must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
b) Must be in a sealed container.
c) Must be made to a member of the club in person.
