ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report.
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment are carried out annually.
The capacity limit for the premises is 150
A CCTV surveillance system installed and in operation at the premises will be maintained working at all times
At all times there will be a committee member on the premise to oversee matters and private functions.
Customers will be required to sign an agreement to comply with club rules.
Members and guests are requested to leave via the front exit which is furthest away from any residential dwellings.
Any person under the age of 16 must leave the premises by 20.00 hours.
Any member or guest under 18 must by accompanied by an adult member.
Members of the junior section must be accompanied by a member of the golf club.
Fire exit doors are regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. A record will be made and be available on request.
A current CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler will be maintained and available for inspection at the premises.
