On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
In the event of the transmission of any recognised international sporting event ("the event") which falls outside the current permitted hours on the premises licence to permit licensable activities commencing one hour before the start of the event, the details of the event and ending one hour after the end of the event, the details of the event to be notified to the licensing authority and the police 10 days beforehand, with the police giving their prior written consent in each case.
On the days/dates listed below the additional hours are to be permitted for the licensable activity (not including drinking up time) - Valentines Night 1 hr, Burns Night 1 hr, 1st March (St David’s) 1hr, 17th March (St Patrick’s) 1hr, Good Friday 1hr, Easter Saturday 1hr, Easter Monday (Bank Holiday) 1hr, 23rd April (St Georges) 1 hr, May Bank Holiday (1st) 1hr, May Bank Holiday (2nd) 1hr, August Bank Holiday 1hr, 30th November (St Andrews) 1hr, Christmas Eve 1hr
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
When a film is exhibited, admission of children to that part of the premises must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification in relation to that film.
Use of door supervisors.
Each individual in the premises who carries out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority unless the premises or part of the premises where they are present is being used wholly or mainly as a restaurant or guest house, for theatrical performances or plays, or a Gaming Licence is for the time being in force in respect of those premises.
ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The pub manager is required to actively participate in and support the local Pub watch scene, where active.
Text and/or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours.
Toughened safety glass will be used for drinking vessels where possible
There will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption in line with the premises licence holder's Alcohol and Social Responsibility Policy
Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
No adult entertainment (paid for by the company, of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises.
