On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

An additional hour to the finish times for the sale of alcohol on the following days:
Burns Night, Australia day, St Davids Day, St Patricks Day, St George Day, St Andrews Day.

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Use of door supervisors.
Each individual in the premises who carries out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority unless the premises or part of the premises where they are present is being used wholly or mainly as a restaurant or guest house, for theatrical performances or plays, or a Gaming Licence is for the time being in force in respect of those premises.

ANNEX 3. Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premise another suitably trained person will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor
A minimum of 2 members of door staff who are registered with the Security Industry Authority will be on duty from 8.0pm on Fridays and Saturdays.The need for door staff at other times will be risk assessed by the premises licence holder who will take cognisance of Police advice
Door supervisors shall normally be positioned at each entrance/exit (other than fire exits) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses.
The designated Premises Supervisor or member of staff appointed by the Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the Burnley Pub Watch and will use best endeavours to attend B.A.N.D (Burnley Against Night Time Disorder) meetings.
The premises licence holder will use best endeavours to arrange the operation of the community radio network radio from the premises.
