ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Exit doors are regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. A record will be kept and made and be available on request.
The emergency lighting shall have sufficient battery capacity to allow adequate evacuation of the premises.
The premises shall have a CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler; inspections are carried out at intervals specified by the report.
The premises shall have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report; inspections are carried out at intervals specified in the report.
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment will be carried out annually.
The capacity limit for the premises is 100 to prevent overcrowding.
The DPS will be a member of the local Pub watch so long as it exists.
Customers will not be allowed to leave the premises with glasses.
Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period to create a mood change.
A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly.
Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
All windows and external doors shall be kept closed from 2300, allowing for normal entry and exit whenever amplified music is being played.
The designated premises supervisor shall control the level of amplified music so that noise from the premises does not cause nuisance to nearby residential dwellings.
