ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
On occasions when entertainment is being provided both any DJ and staff will ask customers to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours at the end of the evening.
Signs will be displayed at the entrance/exit to the premises asking people to leave quietly and to have regard for residential neighbours.
At all times the designated premises supervisor or other responsible person will ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating noise from within the premises.
A proof of age check shall take place inside the premises by staff wherever they have doubt about a person's age. The only forms of identification that are acceptable are the UK photo driving licence, a passport or a government approved PASS card.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed, allowing for normal access and egress, whenever entertainment is being provided.
At all times the designated premises supervisor will control the level of amplified music so that noise emitted from the premises does not cause nuisance to nearby residential premises.
There shall be no security fastenings attached to the emergency exits.
All fire equipment shall be tested every year.
The capacity for the premises will be 100.
The premises must be bona fide used for the purpose of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises.
Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his meal
