ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
On occasions when amplified music is being played at the premises after 23.00, the DPS or other responsible person, shall monitor the level of noise from that time by ensuring the music is inaudible from the nearest residential property.
Exit doors are to be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The premises must have a CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler.
The premises must have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report.
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment are to be carried out regularly.
The capacity limit for the premises is to be 180.
The premises will maintain a comprehensive CCTV system that covers all internal areas and the car park and records the data.
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
Whenever possible only glasses, which are made of toughened/safety glass, will be used in the premises, or areas outside the premises forming part of the premises.
When entertainment is being provided members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
The main exit to the premises will be fitted with a self-closing door.
When entertainment is being provided all doors and windows to the premises will be closed.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person shall ensure the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Proof of age checks will take place inside the premises by staff whenever they have doubt about a person’s age.
Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell alcohol (with the exception of those on an approved training scheme)
