ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Signs will be positioned at each entrance/exit to the premises asking customers to leave quietly and respect the residential neighbours.
Between the hours of 0000 (Sunday to Thursday) and 01.00 to 0800 (Friday and Saturday) alcohol and late night refreshment will be available to residents only.
After 2300 noise from the premises will not be audible (above background levels) in the nearest residential premises.
A permanently installed Residual Current Device (30 MA) shall protect all socket outlets used to serve portable electrical equipment to be used by performers and disc jockeys, to prevent electrical shock. A test facility shall be incorporated into each residual Current Device.
All Residual Current Devices shall be tested prior to the premises being opened for the performance. A record of inspection shall be entered as soon as practical into a Register, clearly identifying the person whom carried out the inspection and test.
Electrical sockets serving portable electrical equipment to be used by performers and disc jockeys should be located as closely as possible to the performance area and cables should not be routed in such a way as to create a tripping hazard.
Extension leads used to serve performer's electrical equipment should be fully unwound, protected by a Residual Current Device and not routed in such a way as to create a tripping hazard.
