ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises will be equipped with CCTV that will cover the carpark and reception area. The system records, and the data will be kept for one week and will be made available to authorities on request.
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
When entertainment is being provided, members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of an evening.
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person shall ensure the level of noise emitting from a premises is kept to a minimum.
The premises will not hold functions where entertainment is being provided between Sunday and Thursday on more than 8 occasions a year. On those occasions the music will finish at 00.00.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age. The proof of age checks will take place inside the premises by staff whenever they have doubt about a persons proof of age. Only persons 18 years and over shall sell alcohol ( with the exception of those on an approved training scheme )
Fire doors and exits will be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The premises will have a satisfactory CORGI, NICEIC or ECA inspection certificate for any gas boiler or electrical installation.
The capacity limit for the premises is 150 persons.
The Permitted Hours restrictions do not prohibit:
(a) removed
(b) removed
(c) removed
(d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
(e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
(h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
(i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
(j) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
