ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Customers shall not be allowed to leave the premises wth glasses.
Exit Doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The fire drill and emergency lighting tests shall be conducted monthly. A record will be kept and made and be available on request.
The emergency lighting shall have sufficient battery capacity to allow adequate evacuation of the premises.
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment shall be carried out anually.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The DPS shall be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme so long as it exists.
The capacity limit for the premises is 100 to prevent overcrowding.
Recorded music volume shall be reduced to background level during the wind down period to create a mood change.
The premises shall have a CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler, inspections shall be carried out at intervals specified by the report.
The premises shall have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report, inspections shall be carried out at intervals specified in the report.
All windows shall be closed after 23.00 hours.
A notice shall be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly.
Photographic proof of age shall be required by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
