New Years Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.
An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime commences.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
When a film is exhibited, admission of children to that part of the premises must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification in relation to that film.
Use of door supervisors.
Each individual in the premises who carries out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority unless the premises or part of the premises where they are present is being used wholly or mainly as a restaurant or guest house, for theatrical performances or plays, or a Gaming Licence is for the time being in force in respect of those premises.
ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Exit doors must be checked regularly to ensure they function satisfactory. The emergency lighting will have sufficient battery capacity, to allow adequate evacuation of the premises.A Fire Drill and Emergency Lighting test will be conducted monthly; this will be recorded and made available on request.
The premises must have a CORGI Certificate of Inspection in respect of any gas boilers; inspections are carried out at specified intervals. The premise has a NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical instillation report. Checks will be made annually on portable fire fighting equipment.
The capacity of the premise is 100 persons upstairs and 100 persons downstairs.
External windows and doors will remain closed when regulated entertainment is taking place.
Notices will be displayed in the foyer asking members and their guests to leave quietly.
Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted. Proof of age will be requested in appropriate cases.

ANNEX 3. Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
The premises will be a member of the Pub watch scheme.
A CCTV system with internal and external monitoring will be maintained and kept maintained.
The premises will maintain a door security system with buzzer and T.V screen in operation.
