ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The CCTV system monitoring internal and external areas will be maintained in good working order and data kept for a period of 21 days
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be responsible for the premises
The DPS shall be an active member of the local Pubwatch. Either the DPS or a person nominated by them shall regularly attend the meetings and support the scheme by excluding relevant persons from the premises
Wherever possible only glasses made from toughened safety glass will be used on the premises
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking patrons to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours
The main exit to the premises will be fitted with a self closing device
When entertainment is provided all doors and windows to the premises will be closed, except for normal entry and exit
At all times the DPS or other responsible person will ensure that the level of noise emitted from the premises shall be kept to a minimum
The level of noise emitted shall be controlled from behind the bar and regulated if the level becomes a cause for concern
Fire exit doors will be checked regularly to ensure that they function satisfactorily
Current CORGI and NICEIC/ECA certificates in respect of gas and electrical installations must be maintained and available for inspection at the premises
Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID as proof of age i.e. driving licence, passport or PASS card, before alcohol is sold
Only persons over 18 years shall be permitted to sell alcohol, except those on an approved training scheme
