ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises will maintain membership of the local Pub Watch/B.A.N.D scheme.
All staff will adhere to the 'Challenge 21' scheme in order to reduce the incidence of under age drinking.
There shall be provided at the premises Door Supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority to such a number as the management consider to control the entry of persons to the premises and for keeping order in the premises when licensable activities are taking place.i.e. 2 door supervisors for the first 100 patrons and 1 additional door supervisor for each additional 100 patrons
2 Door supervisors shall remain by the premises main door for 15 minutes after the premises closing time in order to assist with the dispersal of patrons
Staff shall undertake a weekly internal fire risk assessment and maintain a record of such inspections.
No person will be allowed to take bottles or glasses from the premises
D.J's will cease playing music at the outset of any disturbance inside the premises.
No children will be allowed to remain on the premises after 9.0pm
External doors and windows shall be kept closed at times when premises are open for licensable activities, save for allowing normal entry/exit
Signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to leave the premises and area quietly
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The Permitted Hours restrictions do not prohibit:
(a) removed
(b) removed
(c) removed
(d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
(e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
(h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
(i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
(j) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
The conditions attached to your Public Entertainment Licence will still apply to your premises unless specifically excluded by this licence.
A copy of the PEL conditions is included as part of your licence.
