ANNEX 1 - Mandatory Conditions
ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The licence holder shall take sufficient steps to ensure that noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
A litter bin shall be placed outside the premises at all times whilst the premises are open for trade.
The licence holder shall ensure that the exterior of the premises is regularly inspected for litter. Any litter found which can be identified as having originated from the licensed premises shall be removed and disposed of appropriately.
