ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed In Accordance With The Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall be operated as a bona fide qualifying club licensable activities being confined to members of the club and a member's guests only
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The above restriction does not apply to the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Under 16's will be allowed entrance to private functions.
All exit doors shall be easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means.
Exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
All removeable security fastenings shall be removed whenver the premises are open to the public or staff.
All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
Hangings, curtains and temporary decorations shall be maintained in a flame retardent condition.
Hangings, curtains and temporary decorations shall be located so as not to obstruct exits, fire safety signs or fire fighting equipment.
Notices detailing tha actions to be taken in the event of a fire or other emergency shall be prominently displayed and maintained in good condition.
Access shall be provided for emergency vehicles and kept clear and free from obstruction.
Fire drill and emergency lighting tests shall be conducted monthly. A record of these tests shall be available on request.
All fire exits and means of escape shall be signed in accordance with BS5499.
An evacuation policy shall be in place that is to the satisfaction of the fire authority. All staff members shall be trained in the evacuation policy.
Walls and ceilings finishes shall be fire resistant to the appropriate standard.
Exit doors shall open outwards or scured in the open position if this is not the case
The premises shall have a CORGI certificate of inspection for any gas boiler, calorifier or appliance.
16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be allowed in the club.
Members shall be asked to leave the club quietly and with respect for the neighbourhood.
A first aid box shall be placed behind the bar.
Emergency lighting shall be maintained working at all times.
The doors of the concert room shall be closed when the artist is on stage.
The beer garden shall be closed to members and affiliates from 9.30 pm.
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises;
a) must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
b) must be in a sealed container.
c) must be made to a member of the club in person.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be 130.
