ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The licensed area of the premises shall be equipped with a CCTV system, which should comply with the following criteria:
1. The system should be maintained in proper working order. Any faults shall be rectified
without delay
2. The system should display on any recording the time and date of the recording.
3. The system should be operated during all normal permitted hours, any authorised
extension to those hours, including drinking up times and for one hour after the latest
permissible drinking up period.
4. Recordings should be held for one calendar month after the recording and should be
made available to police for inspection on request.
A minimum number of 2 members of door staff registered SIA will be on duty for the first 100 customers and thereafter one for every 100 or part thereof between 22.00 & closing on Friday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve & Sundays prior to a public holiday.
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
The designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of any pub watch scheme for the area within which the premises are located.
Door Supervisors shall be positioned at each entrance/exit (other than fire only exits) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses.
The premises licence holder is aware of and shall comply with all existing Fire Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
Door Supervisors registered with SIA shall be equipped with an appropriate method of keeping an accurate record of the capacity levels.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person nominated by him shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating the noise from within the premises.
