ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Any outside activities will involve little noise and no amplification.
All fire exit doors will be regularly maintained and checked to ensure they can be easily used should an emergency evacuation be required.
Doors will not be fitted with removable security fastenings.
The capacity limit for the premises is 200.
All fire fighting equipment will be regularly checked and maintained to ensure it can be easily used if required. Records of maintenance checks shall be kept and be available for inspection on request
Fire drills shall take place at least once every 6 months. Records shall be kept and be available for inspection.
Quarterly and annual tests shall be carried out on the whole fire detection system. Weekly tests shall be carried out on individual call points on a rotation basis. Records shall be kept and be available for inspection.
The emergency lighting system shall be tested on a monthly basis. Check will be made to ensure the system has sufficient battery capacity to allow adequate evacuation of the premises. Records shall be kept and be available for inspection.
At all times the organisation will hold a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report.
At all times the organisation shall hold a valid satisfactory CORGI certificate of inspection for any gas boiler.
All gangways, staircases, exit doors and passages shall be free from obstruction during the whole time the premises are open to the public
