During November, December and January the hours the premises are open to the public shall be extended until 22.00 hrs
During November, December and January the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol shall be 22.00 Hrs
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
A CCTV system in operation in the store shall be maintained working.
Notices shall be displayed at the point of sale of alcohol advising customers of the company’s policy in relation to alcohol sales.
Staff shall challenge any person attempting to purchase alcohol who is apparently under the age and request proof of age where necessary.
