ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The premises CCTV system will be maintained working at all times. Recorded data will kept for at least 21 days.
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell or supply alcohol (with the exception of those on an approved training scheme)
Between the hours of 23.00 & 06.00 at least 2 members of staff will be employed at the premises. In addition, if considered necessary by the police on crime prevention grounds and at their absolute discretion, they may by written request to the DPS require that between 23.00 & 06.00 either (a) a SIA registered security guard is employed to supervise the shop or (b) the shop is closed to all customers and sales are made via the night pay window
