ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Patrols shall take place by members of staff, internally and externally, to limit any noise pollution. If the noise exceeds a reasonable audible level outside the premises it shall be lowered.
If a CCTV system is installed at this site, it shall continue to operate during the additional hours of trading and notices shall be displayed.
If a disk jockey is used on any on any night then he/she shall ask customers to leave quietly.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs shall be enforced at all times.
Where already used text/radio pages shall continue to be used for the extra hours of trading and shall be monitored by a responsible staff member.
Exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily, and any security fastenings removed when the premises are open to the public or staff.
Notices shall be displayed at exits requesting customers to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
The premises shall have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report which shall be available for inspection
Free drinking water shall be available at all times.
Annual inspections shall be carried out on fire fighting equipment and records kept and made available for inspection.
When children are allowed upon the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises shall be suitable for young persons.
Children shall be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks shall be available.
A recognised Proof of Age policy shall be enforced.
The premises shall have a capacity limit of 260.
The Permitted Hours restrictions do not prohibit:
(a) removed
(b) removed
(c) removed
(d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
(e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
(h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
(i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
(j) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
All instances of crime and disorder and disorder shall be reported to the Police and shall be kept in an incident logbook.
The premises shall have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report which shall be available for inspection.
