ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed In Accordance With The Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall be operated as a bona fide qualifying club licensable activities being confined to members of the club and a member's guests only
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The above restriction does not apply to the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
All exit doors shall be easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means.
Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations shall be located so as not to obstruct exits, fire safety signs ore fire-fighting equipement.
The club secretary, or some other responsible person, shall control the level of amplified music so that noise emitted from the premises does not cause nuisance to the occupiers of the nearest residential premises.
All fire exits and means of escapes shall be signed in accordance with BS5499
CCTV is installed and shall be maintained working.
Children under 14 shall not be admitted.
14 to 18 year olds shall only be admitted if accompanied by an adult.
No under 18's admitted after 19.00 hours.
There shall be annual testing of gas and electrical equipment.
