ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Fire Exit Doors will be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
The fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. A record will be made and be available on request.
The premises will have a satisfactory CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler.
The premises will have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report
Checks on portable fire fighting equipment will be carried out annually.
The premises will have a capacity of 180.
Recognised proof of age identity card schemes will be operated on the premises.
The premises will be a member of the local Pub Watch.
Sufficient First Aid boxes will be present on the premises, Accident Reporting procedures will be in place and a Trained First Aider will be present when the premises is open to the public.
The premises will ensure that late night queues are supervised, and the premises will have a policy on customers leaving the premises ensuring disturbance to neighbours is kept to a minimum.
Weekly sound checks will be made of an evening to detect the escape of sound, smells etc.
All doors and windows shall be kept closed when licensable entertainment is taking place.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Staff will be fully trained on the sale of alcohol to under aged customers, and will ask for ID if there is any doubt of the customers age. If the customer cannot provide ID, alcohol will not be served to that individual.
