ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed In Accordance With The Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall be operated as a bona fide qualifying club licensable activities being confined to members of the club and a member's guests only
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The above restriction does not apply to the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Children are not permitted into the club when the bar is open except on occasions which are approved by committee.
Junior bowling member are allowed from the age of 10 years but access is restricted to the bowling green and toilets. Guests over the age of 16 may be introduced to the club on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
The premises shall undertake regular Fire Risk Assessments and comply with all guidelines set out in the assessments.
The maximum capacity limit for the Club is 140.
A fully stocked first aid kit shall be readily available.
Fire extinguisher positions and all emergency escape routes must be clearly signed.
Signs shall be displayed requesting members to leave the premises quietly.
Contact details of private hire firms are displayed adjacent to the public phone, drivers are advised to enter the Club to pick up their passengers and never sound their horns in the club grounds.
