ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A.
Signs requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly shall be prominently displayed at all exits.
Photographic proof of age shall be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
All windows shall be kept closed after 22.00 hours.
Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting customers to leave quietly.
Recorded music volume from the Juke box shall be reduced to background level during the wind down period i.e. the 30 minutes following the termination of the sale of alcohol.
Customers may not take glasses from the premises.
The Designated Premises Supervisor shall maintain membership of the local pubwatch scheme for as long as it exists.
First Aid equipment is available on the premises, and a suitably trained First Aider is on the premises who is trained for drug and alcohol problems.
All exit doors shall be easily operable and do not require the use of keys or cards.
The exit doors shall be regularly checked on a daily basis.
Curtains, upholstered seating and hangings shall be maintained in a flame retardant and shall not obstruct any exits, fire safety signs or fire-fighting equipment.
The Fire Action notices are displayed in prominent positions.
Access for emergency vehicles must be kept free from obstruction.
Fire drills shall be carried out on a monthly basis and records kept. The main front door shall be kept open when the premises are open to the public.
Security fastenings are removed on a daily basis before opening to the public.
All fire doors shall be maintained and shall be self-closing.
Fire resisting doors to cupboards are to be kept shut.
Any steps in the premises shall be noticeably highlighted.
The capacity limit of the premises is 200.
Sufficient lighting shall be provided and maintained in all public areas.
All safety signs shall be adequately illuminated and maintained.
Checks on emergency lighting shall be carried out on a regular basis.
