ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
All fire doors are maintained effectively and remain self-closing. Fire resisting doors and cupboards will be kept shut.
Access for emergency vehicles shall be kept clear of obstruction.
The Designated Premises Supervisor shall maintain membership of the local pub watch scheme for as long as it exists.
A Fire Risk assessment of the premises has been completed and forms for inspection shall be available on request.
Customers shall not be allowed to leave the premises whilst in possession of glasses.
All exit doors are checked on a daily basis, are easily operable and do not require the use of keys or cards. Security fastenings are removed on a daily basis, before the premises is open to the public.
Curtains, upholstered seating and hangings are maintained in a flame retardant material and shall not obstruct any exits, fire safety signs or fire fighting equipment.
Staff shall be made aware of the evacuation of disabled people in case of an emergency.
Fire Action notices shall be displayed in prominent locations around the premises.
All exit doors shall open outward with the exception of the main front door, which shall be kept open when the premises are open to the public.
Monthly fire drills shall be carried out, and a log kept. All staff will to be aware of the evacuation procedure.
Sufficient lighting shall be provided and maintained in all public areas on the premises.
All safety signs shall be adequately illuminated and regularly maintained.
Checks on emergency lighting shall be carried out on a regular basis.
First Aid equipment shall be available on the premises, and a suitably trained first aider shall be present on the premises.
The beer garden/external areas of the premises shall be closed to customers after 23.00 hours.
The designated premises supervisor shall control the level of amplified music so that noise from the premises does not cause nuisance to the occupiers of nearby residential dwellings.
Volume level on the Jukebox shall be reduced during the 30-minute wind down period.
