ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises has a CCTV system in operation, which shall be maintained working and shall continue to be used for the additional hours of trading.
The premises shall actively participate in the local pub watch or equivalent scheme.
Reasonable steps shall be taken to recognise the need of local residents and encourage customers to leave quietly.
Music shall be played at a quieter level in the last hour of trading.
Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 shall be required to provide proof of age before being allowed entry to the premises, purchasing or consuming alcohol.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 21.00 hrs.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The premises must have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report.
The premises must have a satisfactory CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler.
All removable security fastenings must be removed from doors whenever the premises are open to the public or staff.
When a live band is playing on any night they shall ask customers to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Checks on portable fire equipment must be carried out annually.
The capacity for the interior of the premises is 150 to prevent overcrowding.
Fire exit doors must be regularly checked to ensure they function properly.
