ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell or supply alcohol (with the exception of those on an approved training scheme).
The premises shall maintain working a comprehensive CCTV system with coverage both internally and externally. The records and data shall be kept for at least 21 days.
Any persons who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Should groups of people congregate outside the shop they shall be asked to move on by members of staff.
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not on the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
