ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & UnderParagraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The conditions attached to your Public Entertainment Licence still apply to this premises licence.
A copy of the PEL conditions is included as part of your licence.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be;
Ground Floor 410
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The premises licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of the pub watch/band scheme.
The premises shall subscribe to the town centre radio scheme
SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed at all peak times and at other times reasonably requested by the Police
Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification to prove that they are over 18.
I.e. Passport, photo card driving licence, PASS (proof of age standards scheme) card
