ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The premises shall be equipped with a CCTV system, which covers both internally and externally. The system records and the data is kept for 21 days and is available for inspection by the police or other responsible authority.
The premises supervisor shall ensure that the premises comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
The fire equipment shall be checked annually.
All members of staff shall be aware of the location of the fire fighting equipment and how to use it.
Signage shall be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises requesting customers to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person nominated by him shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating the noise from within the premises.
Any DJ employed at the premises shall ask the customers to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The only forms of identification acceptable shall be a UK photo card driving licence, a Passport or a PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
