ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Doors and windows are to be kept closed, except for entry and exit, during performances of live or amplified music.
Children are not permitted on the premises after 21.00 hours unless part of an organised function or event.
Risk assessments shall be made for events and functions to ensure no risk of overcrowding.
Amplified music shall be played through a sound limiting device at a level agreed with the Environmental Health Officer or that the volume of amplified music should be controlled by the Licensee from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public and maintained at a level acceptable to the Environmental Health Officer.
The premises shall operate a proof of age scheme.
Prominent and clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
Outside drinking area shall be closed at 23.00 hours.
No amplified music shall be relayed into outside drinking area.
Fire fighting equipment shall be maintained and inspected annually.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
