ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Signs shall be prominently displayed at all exits asking customers to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
Wherever possible only glasses made from toughened safety glass shall be used in the premises.
Whenever the DPS is not present at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
The bar area shall be surveyed by a CCTV camera.
At all times the DPS, or other responsible person, shall ensure the level of sound emitted from the premises does not cause nuisance to neighbouring residents.
The conditions attached to your Public Entertainment Licence shall still apply to your premises unless specifically excluded.
A copy of the PEL conditions are included as part of your licence.
A self-closing device shall be provided and maintained to the main exit door.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be 150 on the ground floor and 50 on the first floor.
When entertainment is provided, all doors and windows shall be closed at 11.00 pm.
