ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by him/her to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
CCTV coverage shall be maintained working both inside and outside the premises. The system shall record and the data shall be kept for 1 month. The data shall be made available to the authorities on request.
If groups of people congregate outside the shop theyshall be asked to move on by members of staff.
Only persons aged 18 and over will sell alcohol (with the exception of persons on a government approved training scheme.)
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
