ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The premises are active members and supporters of the local Pub Watch Scheme.
The premises will not offer any irresponsible drinks promotions, which may encourage binge drinking.
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
Pre-opening checks will be carried out at the premises before each trading session.
All emergency exits and emergency escape routes are maintained to ensure that they can be used at all times.
Annual testing and inspection of the Gas Installation at the premises will be carried out by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Electrical Installation at the premises will be carried out by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Emergency Lighting at the premises will be carried out by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Fire Alarm at the premises will be carried out by a qualified engineer.
All escape routes and exits are maintained so as not to cause a hindrance in the event of evacuation.
Future refurbishments will ensure that fixtures and fittings will meet appropriate British Standards.
A First Aid Box is available on the premises.
Doors and windows are to be kept closed when regulated entertainment is in progress except for access/egress.
Signs will be posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents.
The last admission time for customers is to be midnight.
Persons who persistently cause a disturbance outside the premises either before or after entry will be banned from the premises in accordance with the management practices and Admissions Policy.
The management will ensure that the grounds of the premises will be kept tidy and without nuisance to other neighbouring businesses or residents.
All curtains in the licensed area will be closed at 23.00 hours.
All external lighting on signage will be turned off at midnight
Any S.34 gaming machines at the premises must be positioned within sight of the bar servery
Persons under the age of 18 years of age to be excluded from the premises on occasions which management deem appropriate and subject to the activities to be taking place.
No persons under 16 years to be allowed access to the premises after 20.00 hours and persons who are between 16 and 18 years of age to be accompanied by person over the age of 18 years.

The Designated Premises Supervisor shall control the level of amplified music so that noise emitted from the premises does not cause nuisance to the occupiers of nearby residential dwellings.
