ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the premises after 8pm
Persons under 16 will not be permitted into the snug area where the cigarette machine is located
The management will exclude under 18s from the premises where they consider activities to be unsuitable for children.
Gas and electrical installations will be inspected annually by a competent engineer.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The premises will participate in the local Pub-Watch scheme.
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
Doors and windows shall be kept closed when entertainment is in progress.
The last admission into the premises shall be midnight.
Removable security fastenings shall be removed whenever the premises are open to the public or staff.
Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained and kept clear of obstructions at all times.
An emergency evacuation policy (meeting the requirements of the Fire authority) and providing for disabled persons will be in place and all members of staff shall be trained in this policy.
Adequate and appropriate first aid materials shall be available on the premises.
Entry to the premises shall be monitored to ensure the premises do not become overcrowded.
All external lighting and signage shall be switched off and all curtains closed at 23:00 hrs.
