ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Alcohol shall only be served with a table meal.
No open containers shall be taken from the premises.
Staff shall operate the 'challenge 21' scheme.
The premises shall not take part in any irresponsible drinking promotions.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be 36.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed, allowing normal entry and exit, whenever regulated entertainment is taking place.
Whenever regulated entertainment is provided the designated premises supervisor or some other responsible person shall control the level of music so that any noise emitted from the premises does not cause nuisance to nearby residential dwellings
Signs requesting customers to respect the needs of nearby residents and to leave the premises and area quietly shall be displayed at all exits
All exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily
Emergency lighting shall have sufficient battery capacity to allow adequate evacuation of the premises
The premises shall have a CORGI certificate of inspection in respect of any gas boiler.
Gas boiler and any gas installation shall be serviced annually
The premises shall have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodical electrical installation report.
Check on portable fire fighting equipment shall be carried out annually
The premises shall carry out and record a fire risk assessment
