ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall maintain a good relationship with neighbours and partners such as the council, police and local organisations. The premises will work closely with the police and any other partnerships to ensure that any issues are handled quickly.
CCTV shall be in place and maintained at the premises.
A rubbish bin shall be provided outside for any waste and the outside area of the property shall be swept regularly.
Any activities or incidents involving young children shall be reported to the relevant authorities.
Staff are trained to deal with any kind of public nuisance and systems and processes shall be regularly updated to ensure the safety of the pubic and staff.
