ANNEX 2 - Conditions Imposed in Accordance with the Operating Schedule & Under Paragraph 18(4) & 18(5) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003
The premises shall work closely with Police to ensure that any issues are handled quickly.
Staff shall be trained to handle any kind of public nuisance in a calm and orderly fashion.
The premises is willing to participate in partnerships to ensure safer communities for everyone.
The premises has a CCTV and Alarm system to protect customers and staff, the CCTV covers around the premises and within the customer waiting area.
Access to the premises is controlled via a camera and buzzer entrance system.
A bin shall be provided outside the premises for any waste and the area outside of the premises shall be swept regularly and kept clear of rubbish.
Systems and processes shall be regularly updated to maintain a 5 star food rating, which also include the safety of public.
Any activities or incidents which involve young children shall be reported to the relevant authorities.
The kitchen and collection area shall be segregated so that there is no access by the public to the kitchen.
