ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
No event shall allow more than 4999 persons to be in attendance
There shall be a risk assessment conducted in respect of each licensed event
Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire Fire and Rescue shall be given advanced notice of each event
All events shall be in an area that is covered by either the Town Centre CCTV system or Toan Centre radio link
Event organisers shall have regard to the advice issued in the Health and Safety Event Safety Guide.
Town Centre Management (Burnley Enterprise Trust) shall arrange that appropriate staff are present to ensure event safety and to promote the licensing objectives
An assessment of potential litter nuisance shall be made in respect of each event, and where required, arrangements for the responsible disposal of and collection of litter shall be made
There shall be an assessment of potential noise and other nuisance prior to each event
No activity shall be conducted which is unsuitable for children unless it takes place in an over 18 venue
Busking may be allowed within the boundaries of the licensed area subject to prior approval of the Town Centre Manager
In the event that any of the specified car parks were to be used as an entertainment area, a risk assessment warranted the area being cordoned off, safety barriers shall be erected.
