ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
A register of security staff shall be maintained at the premises
All cigarette and gaming machines shall be located within sight of the bar servery.
An incident log shall be maintained at the premises
Personal attack buttons which are connected to a central monitoring station shall be tested on a regular basis.
Customers shall not be allowed to leave the premises with unsealed containers or glasses.
Glass collectors shall be employed to ensure that empty bottles, cans and glasses are collected and safely disposed of, or cleaned as applicable.
Customers carrying open or sealed drink containers shall not be admitted to the premises.
Drinks shall be served in plastic glasses during the period of 2 hours prior to the kick off and 2 hours after the end of professional matches at local stadia and at any other times considered appropriate by the management
No irresponsible drinks promotions shall be undertaken which consist of the selling of alcoholic drinks at less than cost price
Any decorations used at the premises in relation to Christmas, Halloween, Birthdays etc. shall be flame retardant, and wherever possible be placed in such a position as to make them inaccessible to customers
Security staff shall be provided with counters in order to monitor capacity levels
Customers queuing for entry to the premises shall be controlled by door supervisors. Any persons causing a disturbance in the queue or arriving at the premises in a manner which causes a public nuisance or disturbance shall be denied entry.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours are as stated in Part A and include;
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The Permitted Hours restrictions do not prohibit:
(a) removed
(b) removed
(c) removed
(d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
(e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
(h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
(i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
(j) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
The Maximum number of persons permitted in the premises shall be 300
On those occasions when the terminal hour is to be 0600 hrs, two weeks prior notice shall be given to Lancashire Constabulary.
