• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the

       premises, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal

       licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  The property has a CCTV system installed which covers both the interior and exterior of the shop. The system will be maintained working and will record all cameras at once. Captured images will be held for 30 days.

   

  Panic buttons which are fitted by each till position and are linked via a monitoring station to the local police for use in an emergency shall be maintained working at all times..

  The company shall operate a strong no proof of age no sale policy.

  
  Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide I.D to prove that they are over the age of 18 years.
  Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or other Government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
  
  Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell alcohol, with the exception of those on an approved training scheme.
  
  Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
  
  Between the hours of 23.00 and 00.00 members of the public will not be permitted access to the store but will be served from the night pay window.

   

  Should any groups of people congregate outside the shop they will be asked to move on by a member of staff
